Cara’s secret identity involves her in a tangle of mystery, jealousy and romance.
Never in her nursing career had lovely Cara Merrill received so strange a request. But Brent Butler was so persuasive that she reluctantly agreed to accompany him to the fabulous Butler estate to be his debutante fiancée.
Cara’s real purpose, Brent told her, was to watch over his elderly uncle whose health had been mysteriously failing. Brent was suspicious of his handsome cousin Paul–and when both men declared their love for her, Cara had to make the most important decision of her life!

Monogyny, monogamy, polyandry, fornication, or adultery? Every Nurse must decide.
Grettir, it is abundantly clear that the universe is calling you to add your voice to the nurse narrative genre. The great american (nurse) novel is germinating inside you, waiting to take root and sprout forth a work of compelling (nurse) genius. And lo, we all shall enjoy the (nurse) fruits thereof.
Don’t hide your light under a bushel (is it bushel basket?) any longer. Answer the call. Heed your destiny.
Hmmm…
I like the polyandry option. Then the plot could be sort of a twisted cross of General Hospital and Big Love.
Yeah, go for the polyandry, Cara! Live fast; die young! Yeehaw!
This is random, and doesn’t have anything at all to do with your nurse book, but I have to say that my favorite part of the show last night was your ad lib: “What time is it?” complete with arm movements. Classic. I always look forward to your lines.
